UF Connect

UF CONNECT is a comprehensive three-day event hosted by the Office of Academic Support, designed to support incoming Summer B students through a series of engaging workshops, insightful seminars, inspiring keynote speakers, and fun social events. We extend a warm welcome to all incoming students, with a special emphasis on our UF PROMISE scholars.

The mission of UF CONNECT is to foster the development of essential support systems that assist students in transitioning to college life. Participants will gain valuable information about campus resources and receive guidance to make informed decisions regarding their academic development and personalized study plans. Through this event, students will also gain a clear understanding of the expectations for achieving success in college.

UF CONNECT is mandatory for all UF PROMISE scholars and will take place in June. Attendance is required, and optional campus tours led by OAS Peer Coaches will be available on the final day, just before the start of Summer B classes.

Registration for UF CONNECT will open in mid-June.
