Bio

I graduated from American University in Washington, D.C. with a bachelor’s degree in Foreign Language and Communications Media.  I worked for 6-7 years for an international non-profit before deciding to go back to school and eventually graduated with a master’s degree from UF in Student Personnel and Higher Education Administration.  After graduate school, I was hired as an academic advisor in UF's College of Liberal Arts and Sciences (CLAS).  I am currently one of the assistant directors of the Academic Advising Center and oversee our office's work with Promise students, exploratory students, pre-health students, pre-law students and CLAS student-athletes.

Why PROMISE

I'm excited to be a welcoming contact for new students at UF. I want to play a role in retention and watch students accomplish their academic goals.
