Student Involvement

The Office of Academic Support (OAS) offers UF students a variety of free resources and programs, but we also offer students volunteer opportunities.  These positions allow students to increase their level of involvement with OAS, but also to develop professionalism and gain experience in various skills.

OAS Ambassadors is a student organization created to develop student’s leadership capabilities and understanding the benefits of maintaining a healthy balance between social and academics at the University of Florida.

Peer Coaches (PCs) are student volunteers exclusively chosen to assist UF Promise freshmen as they transition from high school into college.

Peer Academic Leaders (PALs) are student volunteers exclusively chosen to mentor UF SSS students, as well as, assist with planning various activities.
