Bio

Mutlu G. Çitim-Kepic is the Director of Music Admissions and Undergraduate Student Services for the School of Music. Prior to joining the School of Music in 2000, she served as Coordinator of Admissions and Registration at the Office of the University Registrar (1997-2000). Çitim-Kepic received her B.A. in International Human Relations and M.Ed. in Higher Education Administration from the University of Florida.

During the fall semesters, she travels extensively in the State of Florida visiting high schools and attending college fairs for the recruitment of art students for the College of the Arts and the School of Music.  Ms. Çitim-Kepic specializes in conflict resolution, faculty-student relations, recruitment, and retention.  She also created the first study abroad program for music students in Salzburg, Austria which has been running continuously since it's inception in 2003.

I have been an academic advisor for over 20 years now and have enjoyed working with diverse group of students, and would like to continue to do so.
